These terms control how you use Kapio website and iOS app. Kapio na for language learning through real moments, no be safety-critical translation, formal teaching, or public content sharing.
Kapio fit create live subtitles, show meanings, play sentence audio through device voice, and save chosen moments into private visual language journal.
Kapio fit use AI and providers. Results fit help, but fit incomplete or wrong. No rely on am for emergency, legal, medical, money, navigation, or safety matter.
Kapio na for adult self-directed learners. When you use am, you confirm say you fit use service under these terms and your local rules.
Kapio fit offer free use and paid Kapio Plus. App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payments dey handled by Apple.
Kapio no receive your payment card details. Manage App Store subscriptions through Apple account.
You agree not to misuse Kapio, including violating another person rights, asking for harmful content, disturbing systems, using generated text as official translation, or breaking App Store rules and law.
You keep rights for moments wey you save and allow Kapio process them to provide app, sync, reliability, and support.
You dey responsible for scenes wey you capture and save. Avoid recording private, sensitive, or identifying info about others without permission.
Kapio, website, app design, brand, software, and copy belong to Kapio or licensors.
Kapio fit change, pause, or stop parts of service. Features fit depend on device, network, backend, providers, App Store, and account status.
Kapio dey provided as available and without warranties to the extent law allows.
To the extent law allows, Kapio no liable for indirect damages, data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You fit stop anytime. Kapio fit suspend or end access for misuse, risk, breach, or if operation no practical or lawful.
Kapio fit update these terms when service change. Continued use mean acceptance.
